Welcome to the modern west "tolerance". It's only tolerant as long as it has the stamp of ideology approval, any other "tolerance" is unwelcome.Voolux wrote: ↑ April 25th, 2025, 14:52I thought these people are all tolerant and stuff... My country barely has any black people in it, and gay marriage is not even allowed. I just wanted to set the immersion to my standard with mods.orinEsque wrote: ↑ April 25th, 2025, 14:39They're scared of anti-woke mods, not virus. Larian banned me from posting Dignify (0 politics) for linking to this website.Voolux wrote: ↑ April 25th, 2025, 14:28Okay so I shared some links of the mods regarding this website within a Mod Recommendation post within Steam forums.
Next thing I see, is some woke retard trying to sell that the website and its mods contain viruses. Then, a few days ago I got permabanned by some developer.
Either these mentally deluded individuals are right and the mods contain viruses. Or they literally wasted their free time by making up a false report, sending an e-mail to Larian (or God knows who's behind the "dev" moderation team), and ban me because they didn't like these mods?
I'm not even going to write anything to the Support, this is just pathetic...
I guess they have banned the other guy too who said this site has some good mods, lmao.

Finally about to start the absolute (heh) playthrough now that they are done with patches.
Do the no alphabet / realms restored / better romance mods have any requirements? Script extenders or something?

Btw, noticed that mod manager version does not seem to updated reflect the 6.2 version of the mod files.

You're right. Shows as 6.0 for most and 5.2 for BeardedAylin (yes, Aylin).mercerxiv wrote: ↑ April 26th, 2025, 19:46Btw, noticed that mod manager version does not seem to updated reflect the 6.2 version of the mod files.

Then I guess the versions are correct anyway (downloaded these as 6.2 on April 21st, if memory serves) - it's not a BG3MM glitch (?).orinEsque wrote: ↑ April 26th, 2025, 20:00Yeh i forgot to change the version numbermercerxiv wrote: ↑ April 26th, 2025, 19:46Btw, noticed that mod manager version does not seem to updated reflect the 6.2 version of the mod files.![]()

There's an error with the NA Ccreator mod that doesn't allow the options for all colors to be expanded. It'll jusy show the game default instead of the ASTRL options I have. The Plus UI/NA did not have this problem feom what I saw.

It is good but it is the mod I have had the most trouble and spent the most time setting up. The original patch 8 ver. was no good with a few voice mods I knew it should work for. So I messaged the modder and got them to format it correct.SlickRick wrote: ↑ April 25th, 2025, 20:19Would you have any interest in running your AI through the DVQR-version of the voices NoAlphabet edits, to make it conform to the good old sound-quality? This cleared up a few of them but then shadowheart went mute for no reason - I have no voice mods for her besides "really shadowheart". So I switched from the full replacement to the .pak and that somehow fixed it.
Also any modern voice packs won't work without a specific DVQR version. The alt goth voices that just got uploaded here makes laezel mute with DVQR for example.

Yeah, I ended up uninstalling DVQR. Not worth the hazzle, and I'd rather have other voice-files like for Better Companions and whatnot.OtoshiGami wrote: ↑ April 27th, 2025, 08:11It is good but it is the mod I have had the most trouble and spent the most time setting up. How hard would it be to make specific versions? I assume it's a pain the arse since you have to more or less create everything from stratch again if I'm reading it right.OtoshiGami wrote: ↑ April 27th, 2025, 08:11It is good but it is the mod I have had the most trouble and spent the most time setting up. Question: with the new method being used for dialogue, would mods like OIO (which has been updated to Patch 8 and new method) work with the Lingo mods from No Alphabets?

You should put that text into the browser-script for OIO's mod-page, together with the strongest warning label you guys use.rusty_shackleford wrote: ↑ April 27th, 2025, 23:39This is called cheating. I created this account last year when the modding part of the forum was shifted from public to registered users only for a while for the sole purpose of staying updated on No Alphabets and other mods, though I've never posted before.
However, I had a question concerning Lucretious. She was changed to having elf ears from having human ears at some point, which apparently she only had in the first place due to some kind of oversight given that she was already classified as a high elf mechanically and described as being long-lived. The current version of No Alphabets changes her to be a normal human, which I presume is based off of the erroneous original model with human ears, and her longevity is instead assumed to come from her casual and open usage of necromancy. But are there plans to change her new head model to change her back into being an elf?
Regardless, a very belated thanks for all of the work done on this mod and Realms Restored.

I'm going to leave her as a human simply because of how weird she is. As for head model change. Maybe I'll give her a prettier head at some point but it's not really a priority right now.AliSFakenamington wrote: ↑ April 28th, 2025, 09:08I created this account last year when the modding part of the forum was shifted from public to registered users only for a while for the sole purpose of staying updated on No Alphabets and other mods, though I've never posted before.
