Shadows of Forbidden Gods
This game is actually interesting, I played it for a bit. Can be quite frustrating to learn, but once you do it's a unique experience. Anyone else tried it? You should.

It appears that this is not on GOG, yet.
I've looked at the Steam page and it looks pretty cool. The combination of a God game with Crusader Kings, while being the bad guy, seems to be an unique concept. I am always interested in unique concepts. (I like Cultist Simulator, by the way).
So yeah, I'll look into it as soon as they go on GOG.

I've seen a video of it somewhere. How many gods are available? The steampage doesn't say.

They have no ETA on GoG release, which is a shame, since the developer was actively trying to get the game on GoG. Tranny bureaucracy would be my guess. But you can get it here:

Six unique Gods, plus the bonus RNG thing.maidenhaver wrote: ↑ October 5th, 2023, 01:13How many gods are available? The steampage doesn't say.

Looks like the latest patch introduced a new God:
So we have seven Gods now. I bought this game on Steam and I recommend you all to do the same. The developer seems committed to solving all the "micro issues" and once you get past the initial frustration of terrible UI and poorly explained mechanics, you will find a solid 4x with a completely unique take on the genre.
