i started watching jewtube vid where some effeminate asian rice nigger was doing test if using like 12kg weights on each leg would make his soy fat (corona fat he said) go away. then i saw him wearing surgical mask while exercising and i started thinking about gauging his eyeballs. i didnt last to end of video.

but i would like to add exercises with weight on legs are really good for getting edge for faster kicks and putting stress on normally less used muscles. i got lot of dynamic increase in lower body just by using 1-2kg weighs attached to shins. u wont be jumping over cars like van damme but it certainly helps with developing rapid motion and compensate if u train without boots.
