Poles, apparently. You can tell just how classy of a company CDPR is when they pay good money to feature a known male prostitute (that apparently also did porn) in their game. Then again, they also included Sasha Grey, the most famous mudshark on the internet.

Also, this is a pretty good indicator of what comes after pronouns, and why appeals to triviality are merely an obfuscation and stalling tactic.

Choice of pronouns is merely the first step, soon followed by the removal of choice of sex (replacing it with "body types"), then ability to pick voices regardless of the character's sex, choice of walk animations - and then it will begin to spill into the game content, infecting and festering everything it comes into contact with.

CDPR lets you create a troon in much more detail than Starfield does. They also preempted Bethesda in featuring a troon in their game. Phantom Identity not only features the troon in the OP, but also a cumrag like Sasha Grey.

I'd say CDPR is still the worse one out of the two, because they deliberately went out of their way to get a troon and a porn star in their game, despite having both the clout and money to attract famous Hollywood actors.

It's hard to convey just how pozzed Starfield is, it's in every single area, every dialogue, it's a constant presence. It makes playing the game tiring, because it is tiring: it's propaganda.
