My thoughts on the Codex-using SJWs in this thread:

<aweigh> it's the people who go around harassing others for playing a game they deem pozzed while they themselves engage in unabashed pozzery by using the Codex, an objectively pozzed forum
<aweigh> completely addicted to the dopamine boosts of browsing the codex to see what people posted about bg3

<aweigh> if playing bg3 means you suck bear **** then using the Codex means you suck DU and Infinitron ****
<aweigh> and i can tell you right now which is worse

Am I playing it? Yes. Did I financially support Larian for making an extremely pozzed game? Nope.

Half-elf edged out humans because humans have no racial bonuses. They took the human racial bonus and gave it to every other race.

I don't want to hear any more about half elf edging humans.

I'm not at all surprised that the Githyanki is the least played and Lae'Zel is the least liked companion. Complete waste of resources on both counts.

I think it's becoming tradition to add a gith, because of how important Dak'kon was back in the day. They had a similar thing going for NWN 2 OC.

I really appreciate that we have all these haters ******** on it.. it's hilarious and pozzed **** deserves to be called out.. I hate fanboy's and I love ******** on games, BG3 included.

Honestly though, the game is actually fun. If it wasn't - I wouldn't play it.

Don't get me wrong. I've been playing the game and having fun with it but to say that the game is a masterpiece? Yeah, no. I'll give the game a solid 7.5-8 out of 10. It's good, great in some places, and probably one of the better CRPG's to have come out in the past few years but it is no where near the masterpiece the shills and fanboys claim it is.

They're sorta relevant to the main plot but really they could be ripped out and the game would be almost unchanged.

Yeah, companions are a wet blanket in this game. If they had you just make your own companions/party like you can do in Solasta and Icewind Dale the game would go from 7.5-8 to a 9-9.5 with me.

AFAIK you can get your own blank slate companions from Withers if that's what you want. The problem is that I want companions who actually interact with the party and aren't terribly written + annoying + extremely horny homosexuals.
