Look for more updates from us in the coming days, but for now, here's a message from our founder & creative director, Swen Vincke.

It’s hard to express how much love went into creating Baldur’s Gate 3. For over six years, more than 400 of us poured our hearts and souls into making this, helped by over 2.5 million Early Access players who spent countless hours giving us feedback.

The result is a beautiful, rich universe where you can escape from your daily worries, experience adventure and wonder, and have many many cool and exciting encounters. It’s a place where your identity and choices matter, where surprise lies around every corner, and where your agency is truly rewarded.

I’m super proud of what our team accomplished and I hope you will have an incredible amount of fun exploring what we prepared for you.

If I tried to put you out of a job, I'd do that with every RPG I encounter, just like you do.

Coincidentally, what you do is sucking the life out of a forum, because people won't add organically, they'll just become lazy, and rely on you to do it.

I just add to what I like. Others do, too. That's how the ball keeps rolling organically.

I will likely play it when it is 10 dollars if there is more to the game than ******* nig-nogs and bears.

I killed the level 8 devil leader in the intro that you are supposed to run past. He dropped a flaming greatsword. Not bad for level 1.

Probably going to stop reading this thread for a couple weeks to avoid spoilers.

most of the annoying **** I've encountered is just modern D&Disms
like trying to make me feel bad for gutting a devil because DEY WERE AKSHUALLY GUD

Think Tactician might be overtuned, at the lower levels anyways. Enemies feel pretty bloaty with it on.
