Savescumming is unavoidable in KotC2 unless you're really good at the game.

Weak recommend only for those that know they like this specific subgenre, lots of issues. Check the link for the full review.
Rusty takes community feedback into account. It was downgraded from recommend despite the review because it was controversial.

It's not the recommend, but the attitude and taste of the reviewer.

A question. If I follow Azata > Gold Dragon, does I lose my pet? And Azata superpowers?

I think you do, yes.
From what I remember, Aivu abandons you to be raised by Halaseliax, and your azata powers are replaced by the ability to turn into a gold dragon at will.

Once I get myself a new gaming hardware and start a new run of this game, I'm planning on maybe taking the dragon path since Owlcat has finally fleshed it out a bit more in the latest updates.
The only issue is that dragon path is usually a downgrade from most other paths. I would say that only the demon path is so **** that makes the dragon path feel like an upgrade.

I'm liking dragon path, but I wish that I could pick it earlier like other MP. And that I could be a SILVER dragon, not a golden only.

It’s very minor additions, nothing really noteworthy ( it’s like like the devil mythic update but a lesser version)

Demon path is pretty solid content / story wise at least, although you do have to work with it more because it doesn’t gel well with different classes compared other mythics.
