No platformer was ever good. It's a proto genre like adventure games that existed as stepping stones to real genres.
The only reason they're still made is because the simplicity of them appeals to normal 3 year olds and 28 year old reddit moderators.
Anyone disagreeing with this is a reddit moderator btw
Ime platformers are fun until you're like 13 or 14.

Nintendo :
  • Censored and destroyed lots of RPGs in 90s
  • Popularized the notion that gaming is only for kids
  • Make controllers only for manlets with tinny hands
  • Sue everyone for everything
  • Is as predactory with monetization as $ony and Electronic Farts
  • (...)
And yet has a legion of Fanboys...

I'll let someone else address your others points , but Nintendo is a child toy's manufacturer.

Holy **** xD
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Won't Include the DLC
https://www.ign.com/articles/the-legend ... de-the-dlc
They can purchase a Nintendo Switch 2 Enhanced Edition of Breath of the Wild for $70, $10 more than the game initially retailed at (so basically the price of the original game and the pack). But it won't include the DLC Expansion Pack, so if you want access to that, it's another $20 on top of that. $90 total for the full Breath of the Wild Nintendo Switch 2 experience.
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?

You're only upset because they have found your price point.

If they were charging a million dollars you'd just laugh.

If you had millions you wouldn't comment.

The notion that a game should be higher cost simply because it is newer is an artifact of a time when supply and demand of physical media and trading cartridges was a thing.

It can still make sense for the price of a game to drift down today as they exhaust the people willing to pay at each price point, but the fact of the matter is that the last Zelda never really had a proper release when it was limited to 20 fps. A Zelda game that you've never played before running at 60 fps is worth $80.

The anger online is people admitting they know this to be true. If they already had the game they would instead be complaining about the $10 step up fee. But $10 to triple your framerate is a great deal.

On the positive I'm surprised they kept the physical cartridges around, and the backwards compatibility. I thought this would be full digital and gamepass-style **** initially
It pretty much is only a chip containing the Nintendo Store key to download and run the game.

The only decent Kart racer on PeeSee is Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed, a 12 year old game. Platformers?, trannyslop like A Hat in Time or worse remakes of Crash and Spyro. There are games that simply have no equivalent on other platforms.
Or you could be playing real racing games instead with actual cars or cars that could exist in the future

If I remember their direct a few weeks ago, digital games will be updated to be virtual game cards meaning if you have real life friends they can come over and you can lend him one game at a time and 2 weeks later it will be returned to you.

They can be traded or shared. One thing I just learned though is that certain games will still have the full game on the chip, probably smaller ones that are cheaper to physically store.

The Switch 2's technical director, Tetsuya Sasakihas, has confirmed to Gamespot that, unlike a regular digital product, the Game-Key Card can be lent to a friend or even sold on

Oh btw you also still need to buy all the microtransactions locked behind literal TOYS to get all the content in this decade old game from 2 console generations ago. Unless you emulate of course but then you might as well be pissing on Iwata-samas grave which is very dishonorabru.

Mexicans shouldn't have access to video games.

Also, that's some bad math. Mexicans get paid less for a reason (they're stupid)

Non-Whites should have a 1000% markup to buy games and they should have all online features stripped out.

Not always, Argentinians elected a anarcho capitalist in their last election. El Salvador elected Bukele.

Either way, if the population of a region sees the tragedy of Cuba and prosperity of Pinochet Chile and choses to vote in the left, they deserve to suffer. I don't care if they are white, black, brown, blue, red, yellow or whatever. Mexicans elected a feminist trotskyst, if every single Mexican starve to death, would be their fault.

That would probably be good for society. Make sure the sort of trogs who buy nintendie games are always financially destitute and not affecting the market with their bizarre tastes. Just constantly drained and kept on the Nintendo plantation :turtle:
