Realms Restored doesn't alter the companions. you can find plenty of mods that alter companion appearances, just check on nexusmods

what about gender pronoun voice fix? i used to play as male solo run(without companion) and the NPCs keep call me "they/them" instead of proper pronoun "he/him".
is it included in noalphabet mod?

It would require a significant amount of effort due to how widely it was used, iirc

so that means there is no mod to fix that then. unfortunate, that's the one thing bug me the most
