I haven't heard anything about this that isn't just bootleg StarCraft. I would be more interested if they were trying something different in the genre.
I need to find me some desperate ******* who did extremely minor work on various classics and see if I can cobble together a couple mil off of saying "FROM THE ORIGINAL DEVELOPERS* OF GAME YOU LIKE" *one guy who did some loading screen art and a couple interns who did coffee runs
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?
Played the beta, fund it extremely lackluster regarding basic **** like creep asset, it was just a stupid dear shooting laser out of his head with no animation whatsoever. The "beta" felt more like an alpha at best, and I'm extremely doubtful of this game succeeding.

You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.
Reject your retarded-wing political programming and learn to think.
If you can.
This is Grubby talking about how much money Stormgate has already got infused up its *** to look the way it does, and to play the way it does play.
Basically, the $2M it got on Kickstarter was just a test to see how well it would be received. The game already has a fortune invested in it.
Imagine if there was a mandatory requirement for every successful funding, that there must be an actual accountant or a team of them to verify expenditures, subject to the backers. Wouldn't that be something?

A lot of kickstarters asking for a six digit figure are mostly or are already funded. It just a proof of concept for investors that theres a interest for the game.
Scummy behaviour but effective in getting potential funding.
