I'm not sure Grummz is a customer, but I question the wisdom of publicly accusing ANYONE of being a sexual predator in an official communication. That's not really the kind of thing any publicist should be touching.

Or any of the sort of talk that these counts spout regularly.
They literally call their own customers alsorts of names, denigrate them for having any sort of opinion or giving critical feedback, tell them to fuck off and don't buy, and also put their own organisation into disrepute. The latter point alone would get the majority of us sacked immediately.

I wonder if these "community managers" are planted there by the publisher, rather than hired by the dev studio.

One thing this Helldivers drama proved though is how unreliable pussy gamedevs and jewish publishers are. You can have fun playing a game and one day they can find a bs excuse to essentially revoke your purchase and block you from playing it even after spending 200 hours in it and you lose all the progress you made. Indeed, I've never understood that. Especially where something like this where its pretty much indefensible. Where is the benefit to the gamers, any of them? The ONLY people that decision benefitted was Sony.

They're also throwing around "entitled". Damn right they're entitled, to play what their PAID for, without barriers and by the terms agreed at purchase.
