How do I stop react notifications?

I adjusted my settings to this a while back:

But I keep getting react notifications:

Have I missed something or is the setting just not doing anything?

You'll still receive notifications from posts made prior the change. It's a known bug. Donate $1500 so rusty can fix it within 12 months.

it will stop when the notification expires after 7 days.
