[BG3] RPGHQ hirelings
Is it possible to make a mod where the default hirelings are replaced by a collection of HQser submitted characters? Ideally it would be as simple as pasting characters imported from save files or character files or whatever over top of a default one and editing the bio.
I tried to figure out how to do this but gave up because it was hard

Have you tried copying, editing existing hirelings, and comparing them with the main character file?
I never looked into their files but I can imagine them having their own "character sheets" for lack of the better term that marks them as a hireling
Should converting the main character into a hireling be too impossible/troublesome, then if duplicating hireling files work, perhaps all that's left is to edit values they have
Race change, looks change, class change, voice change (idk if they have a voiceover) etc
