Are you referring to her mushroom circle that teleports you to the underdark?
No, there was a container item that when used would teleport you to a completely different zone. It was hidden in the hag's house, I couldn't find it in the release build.
I think you've lost your mind
It was a dimensional portal or something, and it was a box i think. I recall the area it teleported being empty and white.

Did all of your teeth start falling out once you got there? Did you try to fight a goblin but it felt like you were punching underwater?

Perhaps spoiler, but was re-listening to a few fun things about Oblivion stuff and I noticed his voice is very simiar to Cazador's.

@orinEsque I can't remember if I asked before, but do yours(and similar) mods work in multiplayer?
If not, why not? What needs to be done to rectify this?

I haven't tested it. I think it should. There aren't separate visual files for multiplayer.

If it doesn't work, first thing i would make sure is both host and users have the same mods.

I'll test it out later and let you know for sure.

Just tested, Dignify, NoAlphabets and NoRomance in Multiplayer. Works perfectly. BBA will work too, exact concept as appearance changes in NoAlphabets.

Note: you have to all have same mods and mod order for game to work.

There's a rainbow puke one that I've seen before, that would suffice for things like this. :yuck:

Ah, priorities.

I guess we'll never see the upper city. At least that'll mean BBA will remain up to date. Sigh.

Saddest part is dissociating Lae'zel's voice from her is hard now thanks to how much (cringe) exposure she got. I miss when voice actors were discreet, strictly professional people. Hoping for a mod to replace her voice entirely so I don't have to remember it while playing the game

Lmao, well you'll be reminding yourself every time you post. XD

But yes I prefer when voice actors were credited for their work in awards shows etc. But not really pandered around otherwise. It sort of kept them separate out of the limelight and focused on giving their best work, their voice. Rather than their own "personality" etc.
The best VAs could do multiple different voices and personalities / characters. The Edwin VA did three in the original BGs! Whereas when it becomes all "me, me, me" then you're going to see them putting more of THEMSELVES into the role rather than the character that's required.

thankfully I turned off that video as soon as I realised what she was doing, I don't want to see the frog woman be anything other than a frog woman.

voice actors showing themselves and trying to become popular destroys a lot of the mystique of the characters they voice

another thing AI will save us from

Like I know Goku is an old woman. I KNOW that, but because she doesn't make a fuss about it on the social media, I still think of Goku as an immature sounding anime man.

Correct. But the problem is that most people in the acting industry are narcissists who can't endure the idea that someone doesn't know them. This goes for voice actors too.

In fact, some bint once complained that people didn't recognize her voice. Many also get a significant case of main character syndrome and think they are irreplaceable (see Bayonetta's former voice actress who tried to start a shitstorm).

This, relatedly, is why the movie industry shovels all these relentlessly ugly nobodies into new roles and kills off established characters. New actors looking for their big break cost less while superstars like Johnny Depp easily devour a quarter of your damn budget. Very few "stars" still have enough power to command moviegoer's attention by their presence alone.

This system could've worked if the avaricious demons of hollywood hadn't missed one crucial detail: Constantly hiring new soy-swilling idiots while jettisoning old talent eventually reduces your product to unpalatable slop.

Well. Had a look at some of Larian's news. Then made the fatal galactic ending error... of checking their twitter.

My reaction essentially:

Pretty sure Cthulu will soon rise and devour the galaxy. It probably won't be missed.

In fact, no. My last foray into Faerun was Neverwinter Nights. Needless to say things have... changed a bit.
