[Solved] Epilogue doesn't start
One thing - mod fixer seems to prevent the epilogue from starting. Downloading script extender (via bg3 mod manager) and removing all mods from active order fixed the problem for me.

Were you able to pinpoint which mod it is that prevents epilogue? or is it specifically mod fixer?Alef Zero wrote: ↑ January 3rd, 2024, 18:12One thing - mod fixer seems to prevent the epilogue from starting. I was not. Removing mod fixer did not solve the issue by itself - I had to remove mods, namely, NoAlhpabets, white wyll and ser aylin voice+visuals.
Did you have the English Lingo mod installed by any chance?
Only thing that makes sense to me is that my English Lingo file is missing some lines that have been added to the epilogue in one of the hotfixes.

Hi Alef, I've updated the Lingo pack to match Larian's latest update. Could you confirm if your epilogue works now?Alef Zero wrote: ↑ January 3rd, 2024, 18:12One thing - mod fixer seems to prevent the epilogue from starting. Hi,
with the following mod selection, I was able to access the epilogue:

It is interesting, since your mods were created before the epilogue was out, so there should not be any interference. Perhaps I've made some other steps along the way that also helped? Maybe it's the script extender, no idea. I'm just glad it works, so I don't have to choose between not being able to see the epilogue and being jumpscared by naked dudes.
Cheers

If adding English.loca solved your issue this means you might be working with an old polish.loca file or accidentally deleted a line.Alef Zero wrote: ↑ January 5th, 2024, 12:56Hi,

If adding polish version fixed your problem then polish version expects more lines than English one :S.
If its the first issue unpack and use the latest polish localization file. There was an update on 1st of January. Usually crashes happen when Loca file is missing a line (newly added by Larian). 3.5 uses latest English Localization file, i have to update whenever Larian decides to add lines that never existed before.

No, no, you misunderstood.
When I encountered problems with epilogue not triggering, I didn't even start working on polish translation. Back then, I was forced to remove modfixer and all mods and install script extender to force my game to load a save.
With the selection I've posted above, the epilogue is triggering. Removing my translation makes no difference here. As such, either your change was enough to avoid this bug, or some other small change (maybe mod load order?).
Anyway, all is well.

Gonna be Lingo. Crashes are always due to Lingo. Glad it's sorted nowAlef Zero wrote: ↑ January 5th, 2024, 21:55No, no, you misunderstood.
