[Solved] Dialogue with Lorroakan, wrong pronouns

Post by Phenomenonofhope »

Good day.
I found some more missing lines.
1. When you find out that Lorroakan still looking for Nightsong, and telling Aylin about it before meeting with Lorroakan. He runs away to fight an unworthy magician. The dialogue starts automatically when passing through the portal in Sorcerous Sundries.
This is the second phrase of the dialogue that Aylin starts. Text is correct while voice is not - problem is wrong pronoun. He says: 'What are you so scared of, magus? Not the Nightsong, surely - why, she's nothing but a relic to be purchased and pursued.'
Image

2. If we develop the same dialogue towards confrontation, Lorroakan's line, wrong pronoun. In both, text and voice lines.
Image

3. When Aylin runs headlong to fight Lorroakan, the dialogue with Isabel in camp have wrong pronoun for players dialogue option:
Image

4. Wyll's comments about Lorroakan's plan to captivate Aylin, wrong pronoun, text and voice:
Wyll: I'd love nothing more than to see her grind that wretch into bonedust.
Image

5. Big dialogue with Lorroakan, if you says nothing to aasimar, and just goes to speak with the mage. This one is little bit tricky. If you immediately select the option: to betray Nightsong, then the line will be correct, but if you choose a roundabout path, you will get the line of the dialogue with an error. Same type of error - wrong pronoun. This dialogue line appears after Lorroakan says: 'The Nightsong will be put to a grand purpose: equalising man and god. Whoever helps me attain that which I seek will be greatly rewarded.' Player's line: 'I'll go fetch her. I look forward to my reward.'
Image

6. Same moment in the same dialogue. Reaction of companions in active party to betray. Gale and Jaheira, voices and texts, wrong pronoun.
Image

Image

7. If you lie to Lorroakan and say that Nightsong was killed will be little typo in the line for player: 'Him death was inevitable'. Must be 'His'.

Found all the issues, only thing I'm weirded about is Wyll's line. The text should be wrong, but the voice should be right :S.

Big thanks for testing this out with all your companions!

Odd, I'll double-check Wyll's lines again. Yes, I'm trying to check all companions, but I don't have Minthara (she is dead), Lae'zel (stolen) and Minsk. And I didn't test all dialogues after battle with Lorroakan yet. I'll do that with available companions.

You are right about Wyll, it is only text wrong! I sincerely apologize for that disinformation.
Dialogues after fight with Lorroakan on the side of Nightsong:
1. Jaheira have small one-line commentary, text and voice have wrong pronoun:
Image

2. Astarion have few lines about victory, lines have wrong pronoun (text+voice)
Image

Image

3. Player have response to Astarion's lines: 'She's probably just better person than you are.'
Image

4. After player choose option 'Maybe vengeance isn't all its cracked up to be.', or option 'She's probably just better person than you are.', or option 'No laughing, no delirious smile. It was bizarre.', Astarion tells: 'She probably just needs some time for it to sink in. I'm sure she'll be elated soon.' (text+voice)
Image

5. After-battle dialogue with Karlach, in the player's options is line:
'She went too far. There's something dark in her - and it's growing.'
Image

6. And if I choose that line, Karlach's response is:
'I'm glad to see her letting it out - she deserves that much. She'll cheer up. Probably just tired, like she said.'(text+voice)
Image

7. If I'll choose line: 'As am I. But Ser Aylin has endured a great deal; he must be tired of killing evil-doers.', Karlach's answer: 'Hope that good old Aylin holy fervour returns to her soon. I don't like to see her looking so... lost.' (text+voice)

I forgot to add another one: dialogue with Rolan.
It happens if player chose to betray Nightsong and sold him to Lorroakan, but Lorroakan was killed in battle with Aylin.

player: 'What are you going to do to Nightsong?'
Rolan: 'Finish what Lorroakan started, of course. I shall cage her and channel her invulnerability.' (text+voice)

Conditions of this one line in 2nd act: player chose to help Balthazar in Gauntlet of Shar, and let him take Nightsong to Ketheric Thorm. It's remark from Gale in Shadowfell: 'Let's hope she doesn't seek revenge. I don't fancy facing an aasimar's wrath.' (text+voice)

One more missed line. 2nd act, Shadowfell, Player chose to release Nightsong; Karlach's comment:
'Can't wait to see her cleave Ketheric's head in two.'(text+voice)

Location is Ramazith's Tower. After fight with Lorroakan on side of Nightsong, Minsk's comment on the victory. Voice line is correct while text is not: 'But that anger sours into something gloomier, I think. Go comfort her, Boo - I can ask Aylin to demonstrate her skills another time.'

Dialogue with Aradin at the entrance to Sorcerous Sundries. After player choosing option: 'He's in my camp. If you want to turn him in, you're going to have to take him down yourself.' Aradin answers: 'Still alive, is she? You better be telling the truth, and you better not get in my way.' Only text is incorrect.
