I've tried downloading the .zip with different browsers at different times throughout the day leading to the same outcome (getting the error).
I've also tried unpacking the .zip - just to check the archive's files integrity, - with different software (7-Zip, WinRAR, PeaZip) and got the "failed to extract/header error" 0 byte .pak case every time, just like it's described here:
Before when I used 7zip or winrar to unzip it, I would get a header error. Then when I looked at the folder that was created, the .pak had 0kb of data.
Sadly, re-downloading doesn't help in my case - hence this thread.

I'll be uploading a new version with some fixes, hopefully that will solve your issue.
