[Solved] Character Creator broken showing a group of naked men

First time playing this game so starting it from fresh with no alphabet, but I am seeing this instead of the normal [edited] character creator

Install mod fixer, please. I've seen this issue pop up before for some people.

The Fix now allows me to go to the normal character creator, but I get the following prompt and the options still havent been removed:

This is expected behaviour. You should not see this when you load a game. You should see this only once during character creation.

Ok, If I get in there and ignore it it still shows the option to pick a character's package. I'm not sure what I should be expecting with this mod then.

I added a mod that hides the genital selection option. You get assigned the default sex based genital.
