There was some pushback that made some devs pull their prices from 80 back down to 70, off the top of my head I can think of Outer Worlds 2 and Borderlands 4, but it is slowly being normalized. Also didn't hear about that FF7 Rebirth backlash, interesting

They've always priced it at standard price, I vote 70 and wished I could vote 80 too due to recent trends as I can't pick between both.

There's no sense on raising the bar high, even if it's GTA, when they'll make 99% (hyperbolic I know, but yall get me) off microtransactions and other crap. Among other arguments I've discussed with friends before this is the most logical imo.
