I would like to request a mod that removes the option for same sex romance in Dragon Age: Origins, and potentially other instances of the big gay throughout the game. This would involve getting rid of romance options for Leilana and Alistair whenever your character is the same gender as them. This may be the last piece of the puzzle to make this game a conclusive non-excruciating experience to go through.

While I am "super straight" it's actually unlisted option 3 that is the correct answer.

There's a mod that unlocks same sex romance for Morrigan and Alistair. One could reverse-engineer it to see how to lock same sex romance for Leliana and Zevran.
If you are too lazy for that, the easiest solutions are in the game already. Leliana is very easily shut down by telling her "We're friends," and Zevran could be killed the moment you meet him.
