A Hat In Time Removing the Rainbow Flag

Hello there. I am hoping that someone can try to get rid of the rainbow flag on a distant boat in the DLC of A Hat In Time called "Seal the Deal". The boat is a 2d animated object which you can see from a distance on the balcony of the ship, but at the third level, you can get closer to the boat and see that it has a rainbow flag waving on its pole. I was hoping that someone could change it by either changing the flag to a pirate flag or the Netherlands flag, which is the country that the devs live in, or just remove the boat entirely. I would rather not pay $30 just to use the mod manager.

I could have sworn this was something already done by @GotPlatinum but it appears I'm misremembering.
Perhaps worth checking the other "banned mods" sites first to see if it's on there? I don't have a list on hand.

There is a mod that removes the ***** flag in the sewers of the Nyakuza Metro DLC. Unfortunately, nobody aware of the gay flag on the boat has tried changing or removing it yet. If anyone were to try, they would have to buy the game on steam so they could use the mod manager, which is integrated into the steam workshop.
