do you have any companion shader mods? because of the last patch if I had some of them installed then Wyll becomes a ****** again. but without any "old companion shader" mods then everything is fine.

I don't think so, no. Most of my companion mods are cosmetic and gear changes. This is the only Wyll mod I use aside from changing his starting equipment which is this mod.

I would simply disable other mods and keep wyll and the eye thing on, and see what you get.

Kept only Realms Restored, De-GirlBoss, No Alphabets and Wyll of Toril mods. Result is still the same. I can test more if you'd like. I have savepoints of both before Wyll's transformation and after.

Kept only Realms Restored, De-GirlBoss, No Alphabets and Wyll of Toril mods. Result is still the same. I can test more if you'd like. I have savepoints of both before Wyll's transformation and after.

check if you got and stray stuff in your Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated subfolders. lot of early versions of mods werent pak so wont show up on mod manager.

He should look modded. Make sure you are following correct load order

But I do have some error msg about script extender not being able to be updated. Could that be the problem?

Delete modfixer, and update your bg3 mod manager, it's very old.

I'll try with updated mod manager, but I dont think I can delete fixer since I have really nasty bug in the char creator and it's the only thing that takes care of it.
