Game which was such forgettable dogshit that people actually thought Starfield was going to be good — but then again, Fallout 4 was garbage too, so maybe Bethesda fans are just terminally optimistic… or terminally brain-damaged

It's the latter.

I forgot this blight on the Fallout IP and gaming in general existed...
You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.
Reject your retarded-wing political programming and learn to think.

I'd say at least Fallout 4 has some semblance of level design while Fallout 3 absolutely sucked in every category. I guess it was an improvement.

What's everyone's thoughts on the new camp building system and gun nerf / stick shooter buff? Seen a number of people stick shooting now 😅

The following text may not be entirely accurate, since I rarely play Fallout 76, but I still want to complain.

Most of the countless updates after Wastelanders have just dragged the game's overall quality straight down. And let's be real—Microsoft bought ZeniMax.
What's worse than ZeniMax? Microsoft, obviously.

Fallout 76 actually felt like a real RPG back in the Wastelanders days. It was playable, even not too bad. Now? It's like they've shoved it way too hard into looter-shooter territory.
It used to be a solid MMORPG after the Wastelanders update. Now? It's just… sad.

I don't know, but at that time Wastelanders Update showed great potential :broken:

When the Wastelanders update for Fallout 76 was released, I was drawn to buy the game by some posts on Kodex at the time

At the time, I thought it was worth it; the Wastelanders update was indeed pretty okay. But none of the later updates were anything like Wastelanders.

:notsureif: If modern Bugthesda can't 'fix' Starfield-slop, I'd rather they came back and fix Fellout 76 again.
What needs updating is the RPG-focused content, not the looter shooter-focused content
I just want a Daggerfall in space, it seems too much trouble for modern Bugthesda to make that happen in Starfield

Even after the Wastelanders update, most of what FO76 updates did undermined the game's overall RPG elements, yet even so, Fellout 76 remains somewhat half-tolerable, whereas original FO4 is almost unplayable. Using the Horizon mod for FO4 doesn't help either—it's just sticking bubblegum on a broken machine. FO4 needs a total conversion like FROST Survival Simulator to be playable, even though FROST reworks the game into a survival-focused shooter RPG.

We might have a good one here
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?
