Hearkenwold 1.64 — Knights Of The Chalice 2

I have uploaded the Hearkenwold Adventure Module using the latest build 1.64 of Knights of the Chalice 2.

The compressed folder can be extracted directly into the Modules folder of KotC2.

For those who have played a previous version, there are three primary purposes for this update as follows:
  • Continues the main adventure, introducing a new desert town called Sinestra
  • Adds a Psionic themed adventure, which also functions as an alternate guild quest for psionicist player characters
  • New wilderness locations introduced along the River Astar with associated content
Altogether there are dozens of new maps, enemies and items that further expands the campaign.

For anyone who has not encountered the module in any form, Hearkenwold is an old school 2D open-ended campaign constructed from many different adventures set against the backdrop of an underlying narrative. Here is a preview screenshot from the new content:

Thanks, Dorateen! Hearkenworld is the best thing about KotC2.

I do think the combat system of Knights of the Chalice 2 is excellent, and its character customization robust. That's why I wanted to port the IceBlink version of Hearkenwold into this engine.
