Well, everyone here is already registered and everyone who hasn't registered yet can't complain. Given how rare static IPs even are and how many different VPNs exist though, this seems like a waste of time and effort.

Why would anyone freak out about this. If you are posting you have already registered. Only people who frequently use VPNs and also have been caught creating alts to circumvent bans or break rules have a reason to flip out about this.

I turned off all of my obfuscating tools and still can post this comment.
Previously tested 3 different ISPs because I can and all of them provide access by default.

Moscow and Yaroslavl. Federal big ISPs (Rostelecom, ER-Telecom, VimpelCom) both mobile and cable.

Local Moscow ISP and mobile MTS both banned by euros/yanks I've mentioned in that thread. I still get shredded packets on ping tests.
