Baldur's gate 3 mod inquiry: Reverting Body type back to Sex

I had posted about this in the "Baldur's Better Aesthetics" mod but is anyone working on or does anyone know if there is a mod to replace the dumb "Body type" garbage with what it actually is: Sex. In the original version it had a Proper Male & Female Option. I know for a fact it wouldn't survive on nexus for long if there ever was one. I know the entire layout has changed, Maybe just replacing where it says "body type" With descriptors for male/female? for ex: Athletic Male

All joking aside.. the bodytype **** legit confuses me.. even if you wanna be "gender-less" they way they did it is ****.. I get confused, forget what each one is and if you swap genders it resets your genatalia too, even though all genatalia are available for the same body types, it also fucks up your face even though the head meshes are all available (this happens with sub races like seldarine and lolth as well).. it's all so lazily done, pandering aside.

The worst part is we don't yet have someone using AI voice generation to create audio lines that aren't just pitch-shifted versions of the same two voices.

I need a gruff, Scottish-accented voice for my Dwarf playthrough. And an Arnold Schwarzenegger voice for my barbarian.

Are you ********? Outside of linguistic categorization, sex and gender are interchangeable terms, and the separation of it into different things have been largely pushed by Semitic ideologues, and isn't of Anglo-Germanic origin at all.

Back in the day body type was either slim, fit, or fat - if there was any.
I remember in many games, especially MMOs, you just picked either male or female, and used sliders to make a body type - if the game allowed you to do so.

But I guess it's a step-up character creator wise from Divinity's Original Sin II. Making muscular character or a slimmer one was impossible there.

Gladly you see "body type" choice this only as many times as you need to create a character, and that's it.
I'm less bothered about it than about seeing blacks everywhere. Saving grace is that you can just kill them off, like I do with Wyll every run.
I would still install such mod, just for the sake of it

You are correct that the words used to be largely synonymous, but were never quite the same.
What I was pointing out was the modern "gender" redefinition in comparison to the term "sex", which is more appropriate for the biological morphology of the body, and gender is now being misused by ignoramuses when, in most cases, sex is the more correct term for the usage case.
And this was largely due to two perverts I mentioned working as psychologists and "sexologists", both of whom are so obviously sus as ****, I'm still stunned they were allowed to get away with it.

Hopefully will be able to remove **** girls and identity as an option all together, while still preserving compatibility with mods that expand creation options.

They/Them would only work for weird creatures that have no sex; An example being the Walking brain monsters. It has no place in Character creation unless we were allowed to play as the monstrosities.
