Oblivion Remastered Character Edits

I found a method to edit characters so I've been doing little edits and overhauls of characters I like but think are majorly uggo.

For example:

Vicente Valtieri

Vicente is simple because all he really needed was an appearance change. I think I want to do a more complete overhaul to Mannimarco so he doesn't look and act like a wet blanket to fight. I could edit his face with this method and then use the old construction set (theoretically) to at least edit his equipment and magicka values so he can actually cast all of his spells...

Tried to make him look less grotesque and more like how he does in ESO

There's really only so much that can be done especially with how abysmal the lack of skin tone sliders compared to og Oblivion but I made Armand Christophe look a little less like a wyatt man caricature of a ****** so I can do the Thieves Guild

You need to compile these and make it a mod, please.
