[Closed] NA v 6: mouse panning/middle button not working?

Post by fkirenicus »

After a bit of a hassle with getting the DialogTree to be recognized by the game, I tried your solution and it worked. Of course, had to "direct" the game to use the DialogTree and the not NA - Dialog... file when loading the save, but it worked.
However, once I had finished loading I tried looking around the usual with the middle mouse button - with little success (or none, actually - the button does not work).
Reverted to the old files (mostly 5.2. something and NA - DialogTree 1.0.0.0) again, and it worked as it should again.
Didn't delve further into it/test one file at a time, since I was dead tired yesterday because of almost no sleep the night before. Probably an old man thing.

I think you need to uninstall all your mods. Reinstall the game and then reinstall the mods.

No Alphabets does simple stuff like overwrite aesthetics, text and voice. It doesn't touch game mechanics and game behaviour. You probably have something else causing a conflict.

Well, as I said, everything worked fine again after reverting to old NA. But you might be right: in order to avoid such hassle, it might be prudent - or maybe even necessary - to start a new game, if upgrading to NA 6.

er wait, not a new game, you def don't need a new game. but a fresh install is recommended
