It seems the Adventurer's Guild has done the impossible - getting people on an RPG forum actually play RPGs (bribing them was a big factor also). If it was your first time playing/beating any of these games you should let me know, I'm interested. Special shoutout to my secret accomplice who offered to cover half of the donations, which went 2-3x higher than I was expecting. Should have banned Tangerine.

IWD came out a lot higher than I expected. I have a few games ~70% complete, I suck at finishing games.

For me Arborea and VTMR were new. But the only one I did not beat again was Amberland, had to get that Fundraiser up.

I was doing my part. Repeat games for me were Deus Ex, DAO, KOTOR, and Alpha Protocol. Everything else was new to me.

Hey, I asked if it was $10 per badge or $10 per person. Had I known it was the former, I'd have finished more games instead of paying through Alpha Protocol 3 times. Not on Tangerine's level, but two-three more games certainly.
"Oh, it all makes sense now, brother."

I also thought it was $10 per person. Though I don't mind getting extra for struggling through Crystals of Arborea.

I'm just thankful I found time to participate at all. I only saw the announcement 3 days ago.

Another example of where reading comprehension comes in handy.

It was pretty clear. Especially once he started complaining about how many games Tangerine was finishing.

As a special Christmas Bonus, anyone who earns any badge this month will have $10USD ($20CAD) donated in their name and unlock HQ Platinum as well as the iconic 2024 Paypig which you can optionally display. Make my life worse and support Rusty by playing RPGs.

mfw I didn't finish OG Deus Ex in time by a few hours  I blame trying to start a Revision play-through, disliking their changes and restarting, then real life getting in the way.
