To be clear, that's the entire email, I didn't leave any parts out.

The models are child trafficking victims from the border before they get shipped off to be eaten by Bill Gates and co. The XBOX controllers are shopped into their hands later. It costs cents on the dollar and it's sort of like recycling. The adult pictured was found with several unrelated children and is being forced to work in a sweatshop formatting emails and drawing ugly female protagonists for Microsoft. No one actually plays the games, the garbage trucks and landfills get rich off the cartridges and Microsoft gets an ESG check every year to keep doing it. They get a bonus based on how many white males get transgender surgery from playing their games. This is how video games work now.
