Yeah, it is sad. I have seen pictures of stunningly beautiful women who decided to do this crap and they now look like freakish girl/boy experiments. You know that the suicide rate has to be high because they have that sudden realization they errored so badly that it is irreparable.

If I were their parent, the moment I saw this crap starting to manifest, I would have moved to some remote country/location away from technology and raised them until they grew past this illness. I can't imagine being the father who had to watch their daughter become that, the demoralization it would bring.

I don't want to go too off topic, but I never heard of that with women. The one case I know is Ellen Page who, apparently, wanted to "speak louder". Guess the "true self" argument really means "I have now an excuse to be the degenerate without manners I always wanted to be deep down but my morality appearance was holding me back".
