I'd be curious to find out who Larian hired to fill in for the studio they lost during covid. The stark difference in tone between act 1 and act 3 could give someone whiplash. Finding out it those acts were likely worked on by different studios would make sense.

Fr, Ive played since EA and I dont remember noticing anything too PC in EA, there was basically no way you could imagine or expect the amount of faggotry in act 3...

Also, a bit related but not really, anyone else here just not care about lgbt people/negroes before like 2014-2016 and now completely dislike them? Because I used to not give a **** about them and now I just immediately dislike them in any media i see them. Like in Space marines 2 the main characters are a white guy, black guy and a asian guy. and before that I wouldnt notice this was blatant "representation"

It was about the 90's where I started to get a bit annoyed as the whole "race mixing" thing was put into overload. The 80's had their own crap (ie strong single mom, don't need a man), but most of the race stuff was just tokenism and you could still see race joking that wasn't entirely targeted at whites. By the 2000's it was really ramping up and was full on stupid by the 2010's. To be fair though, for the keen eye it was always there and pretty heavy, but the public wasn't noticing it, probably because you didn't have an entire generation of worshipers berating anyone who didn't make it the center of their life.

I didn't like Zevran or Leliana. They all feel wrong. Anders was my favourite character till they butchered him in da2. I didn't play DA afterwards.

Meanwhile a lot of my favourite tv shows were getting more and more tiled with gays so i stopped watching them too. I disapproved of persecution but am 100% against promoting lgb (forget the other mental illnesses) in any media not treated as R18. I rate LGTV the same way i rate scat porn. Fetishist and nasty.

i'm currently doing my first ever playthrough and it is on patch 6. i haven't had the chance to use this yet, but i made an account just to personally thank you for saving my future patch 7 run (whenever this mod is updated). BG3 is a really great game but i am so ******* jarred by the amount of *******, ******, and gays. it is honestly immersion breaking and i find myself laughing a lot whenever i see certain things. like asian dwarves who lack beards.

I'm not smart enough to mod, although maybe I should actually try. However imagine if skyrim was ultra gay when it was released, it would likely still be a modders playground.
