I am not sure if it will meet what you need, but Gab is big on freedom speech, no matter how "offensive" it may be. Their entire site had been fighting this deplatform garbage for years and started creating their own services with their "Parallel Economy" concept. Their only conditions (at least for Gab's site) was that there is no porn (which may include nudity, but I am unsure for Gabpay) and that everything is "legal" in the US.

May be worth a look.
