PF: WotR no lesbians mod?

Post by ManOTheWest »

I'm surprised to find that there are no mods to make Anevia or Irabeth a man. I was really looking forward to getting into this title after thoroughly enjoying PF: Kingmaker but I was less than enthused by the forced and in-your-face lesbians showing up pretty much immediately.

Anevia is a man.

Also, don't play this game.

If you're referring to the fact (it appears) that it can potentially be revealed later on that Anevia is male and is in fact trans or whatever, then all the more reason I'd like to see this modded out. Again, I'm surprised it hasn't been done already given the mods for BG3 removing this kind of content from that game.

Any why not play the game? It's received quite favourable reviews and despite the woke crap I'm sure the gameplay and story are otherwise quite decent, otherwise the reviews would be garbage. I'd rather see garbage content modded out than to not play an otherwise decent game altogether.

Because, besides the overwhelming amount of disgusting libtard and otherwise vile content (it literally has shit demons), it's a shitty game with bad gameplay and can barely be called an rpg. And I say this as someone who likes the Infinity Engine games.

@rusty_shackleford has documented the way environmental obstacles and puzzles are just a mouse hunt (or Tab to highlight lol) to click the icon.

Also, it has some truly awful, awful puzzles and a rotating camera for no good reason.

There is a limited pool of modders or people that are A. competent enough with IT, that are also B. Willing to spend time on such things for their own amusement. Of course there's probably even less people who do things like Orinesque, and even less of them that are interested in WotC.

It's pretty interesting what kind of games have the largest resource of decent modders.

If you're trying to bait Orin, look at Ser Aylin to get a sense of what kind of men she likes and do an AI mockup for Manevia.

Wrong. If you want to bait me you gotta do a Wyll of Neverwinter style mockup.

I haven't even gone past tutorial due to the anarchist bitch lecturing me for saying rich people deserve to keep their money, and subsequently getting a notification saying I'm evil. Like fuck you shitty game, how dare you judge me.

So no, not doing any pathfinder mods.

Sidenote: The first Neverwinter Nights game is really bad, with constant collecting four of this, four of that and make that twice. The story is... ok, but not much more than that - it has a muscle chick as a main character, but she's pretty cool (its her wimpy husband I can't stand). NWN2 however is a lot better, so I'd recommend that more - it has no ties directly to the first game either, even though there is a fun little guy you'll meet in both games.

You could just ask around for help and do it yourself, then post it on ModHQ ... But as the others have said, the game is eh.

Difference between well written fighter lady (see new dnd movie's barbarian) and a feminist-lesbian-dyke written purely to annoy white males.

Dykes are so nasty :yuck:
I don't want to derail too hard, but: ever since stats have proven that lesbians have the highest domestic violence rate (at something like ~70%), that whole demographic has become *very* quiet. :P

I tried WotR and couldn't get past the first dungeon.
I mean, I could, I just quit because it was stupid.

Oh no! Demon attack and.. you fall into a rift in the ground?
Mutants living under the city?
Connected to a evil secret devil worship temple?
"You have to get to the surface quick!" but you spend cumulative days resting in the cult's basement because you get beaten nearly to death every fight.
Get to the surface and find ORC PALADIN DYKE: "We have to fight the demons that just attacked!"
Me: "Wasn't that last week? I was down there for days..."

Fuck off game.
Uninstall and delete installer files.
Fortunately I ALWAYS 🏴‍☠️ before I buy.

WotR thankfully has rarely any voiced dialogue.
I could TRY to change Anevia's dialogue, but I'm completely new to modding so....
Probably not going to happen sorry

Yea right, as if women could ever be quiet. More likely they're all in hiding since 90% of "lesbians" now are faggots in skirts.

I would first look for any modding tools related to pathfinder.
Then look for mods that altered any existing dialogues or added new ones.

I was a complete noob only a few months ago! Don't be discouraged :D

I mean, in one way I see where you're coming from... but then you obviously play and mod BG3, which is WAY more explicitly and in-your-face woke than either of the Pathfinder games are... so how would you rationalize that apparent inconsistency? Note that I recognize that this might come across as overtly antagonistic... but please believe that is not my intent. I am genuinely curious about your thoughts on this matter.

Very simple. Because Baldur's Gate got that way AFTER 200 hours of my gameplay... so act 1 and 2 were fine and very fun. Then act 3...

But with pathfinder it was directly in my face within minutes of starting. It's a quick excuse to refund. But pathfinder came in a gog pack which I paid a mere 5 bucks for, and the bundle had bg1, 2 EE, (SOD :yuck: ), IWD and planescape torment. So i was like whatever.

By "got that way" do you mean woke, or judgmental of the player?

Woke. When you play BG3. In Act 1 and Act 2, the wokeness is barely noticable and I gave even the eltural refugees a pass because well whatever, not a huge deal. It didn't affect my gameplay at all. Then Aylin came at the end of act 2. And then the flood of woke started.

If the woke was sown in from Act 1 through act 3. I wouldn't be on this forum. I'd not even be a BG3 fan.

Fair enough, I suppose. But for what it's worth, it was pretty apparent that BG3 was going to be a woke shit-show from character creation when you could mix and match genitalia and choose pronouns regardless of sex.

Just started Pathfinder Kingmaker. 5 hours in and feels more like I'm playing Baldur's Gate 3 than in my 170 hours in the actual Baldur's Gate 3.
