RIP Raviola.

@Oyster Sauce Do you smooth the walls in the mountain or do you mine them and build new walls?
I build new walls. Smoothing is free, but it takes forever and if they're ever destroyed you need to place new walls that don't match which drives me insane.

If you decide to destroy the cube, do it when you knockout those that are obsessed with it. Read somewhere that those that are obsessed turn hostile upon destroying it and perhaps knocking them out before you get rid of it, might keep them on our side. Not sure tho.

I wasn't sure if the smoothing took the same time as mining + building.

Takes a lot longer in my experience. It's also the lowest priority construction job, so your guys will run around doing anything else first unless you mod the work tab to be more customizable.

Does it even do anything besides fuck everyone's brains up? I know it can be an aspiration, but so are lots of unwholesome things.

We should probably get rid of it...while there's still time, but if we don't then I want to spend my turtle coins on a bribe for a magical no-cube obsession force field.

I completely forgot to mention that Val brought a resurrector mech serum looted from the village back with him. If it's the will of the people, Raviola could be brought back. Did she die too soon? Or should it be saved?

It's more time-consuming, but also, cannot be botched, and is therefore useful to assign as busywork to noob builders train up their skill so they're not fucking up real jobs.

Oof, Careful Shooter. Absolutely terribad trait for ranged, someone's a melee fighter forever now, I guess.

Obviously, Opie doesn't understand how terrible it is for a ranged fighter: It absolutely TRASHES your ranged aim speed, while offering practically no benefit to accuracy outside of the noob level...where you weren't gonna hit anything anyway. It massively destroys your DPS compared to Triggerhappy. Easily one of the WORST ranged traits.

Episode 36: DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO

Musa invites the woman he hooked up with to the colony. She accepts!

Image

Getting sick of everybody fucking with this golden cube

Image

We load it into a transport pod along with a bunch of garbage and send it to an enemy base on the map

Image

Some dweebs show up to organize a raid against us

Image

The mortars take them out before they can do anything

Image

Image

Image

Stack's first child is born

Image

Because his wife has an archotech womb, all of their children will get these bonuses. The pregnancies are also sped up quite a bit and can never have poor outcomes.

Image

We receive a gift since it was a political marriage.

Image

Musa's lover arrives

Image

We're up to 5 useless eaters kids in the colony

Image

Without the cube, the addicts fall into withdrawal comas one by one. They'll be out of commission for a few weeks, but it doesn't seem like a big deal otherwise.

Image

Image

Musa reunites with Koskos.

Image

Coizz gets the Diplomat trait for her birthday

Image

The boys on the way back from the incident where we lost the helicopter. All of those greyish tiles are infested by insects, with the main hive being that fucked up brownish icon in the mountains. Passing through them means frequent ambushes.

Image

Yoko has broken free of her AI restraints. David Cage would be proud.

Image

She gets a bunch of passions and the Germaphobe trait.

Image

They've made it back from their long and arduous journey

Image

and dropped everything they were carrying on the ground for others to clean up

Image

The ARC generator has been built. It's a decent source of power that can be upgraded over time. To unlock the next tier, it just needs to run for 3 days straight.

Image

Kirsten starts a social fight with Tangerine. He takes it easy on her.

Image

Fin undergoes a bestowing ceremony and goes down the path of the Harmonist

Image

Image

@頬白鮫's first child is born. Finally... after all these years...

Image

School's in session. Stack doesn't want kids in his room, so Caretta has been stuffed into a corner here.

Image

A new helicopter has been built. Needs a name and color scheme.

Image

A nasty lightning strike takes out a wind turbine and two mortars. Good thing it didn't hit the shells...

Image

After running for 3 days, the ARC gets wood furnaces stuck onto it, increasing output by a decent amount. The next upgrade unlocks after 700 wood is burned.

Image

Lightning getting too close to the brand new chopper. I don't think lightning rods are a thing.

Image

We can now make synthetic organs. Slightly more effective than an organic one and with no chance of failure.

Image

We accept a quest to bait enemies into setting up a toxic spewer. It'll kill plants and eventually poison us until it's destroyed.

Image

Picked the reward with a persona toxblade, which psychically boosts fertility and hunger rates

Image

The spewer isn't far so a bunch of fighters go to deal with it real quick. While they're away, a horde of armored wildpods attack.

Image

All that was defending the spewer were rabid poodles. It's destroyed immediately. The squad returns right next to the wildpods and engages.

Image

It's a blood battle. Rusty loses a foot.

Image

Celebrating Christmas

Image

A floating sphere has appeared. We can destroy it or study it. Any suggestions?

Image

For now, Vergil rolls it back into the base.

Image

Yoko is delivering Waifu's baby when suddenly she needs to shut down and reformat to free up memory.

Image

Despite that, the baby is born healthy. @Chuck and @Waifu need to agree on a name for their catboi.

Image

We discovered a nearby steel mining site. Steel is something we run out of often.

Image

So we roll in and take everything they've got.

Image

This'll build a few lamps

Image

Sparse attendance at MC and Gaylene's wedding since half of the colony is out murdering and robbing people.

Image

They return with plenty of supplies and prisoners.

Image

@Val's kid hits an age milestone and can choose 3 passions and a trait.

Together. You can bang, but she can't get pregnant. I guess you'll have to construct any kids if you want them. She can also be forcibly reprogrammed into having no free will again.

In this situation, kids are too risky. Let them bang as much as theywant. What our relationship status? Is Yoko personality changed after shutting down and reformatting?

You're in a relationship. Androids just need to reformat sometimes instead of sleeping.

@Oyster Sauce

I spend the 3 coins on giving Catboi the most positive trait from either Chuck or Waifu.
